In addition to choosing a skilled photographer and scheduling a professional photoshoot, compelling marketing strategies are utilized to make your house stand out and set it apart from the rest. By deploying direct marketing approaches like digital email, social media, properly advertised Open Houses and optional virtual showings, your house will be publicized to reach a national audience and have the attention it deserves.

Additional efforts include setting the right price in the MLS to ensure it’s being seen, pre-marketing approaches before it becomes a live listing and staying on top of follow-up responses to inquiries as well as conversations with prospective buyers.
